Terms and Conditions 

Acceptance into the Expedia Publisher Program will be at Expedia’s sole discretion.  Publisher must accept and agree to these Program Terms in order to participate in the Program.  We will may modify any of these Program Terms at any time.  We will provide notification at least 30 days in advance of any modifications and continued participation in the Program following the effective date of the modification will constitute binding acceptance of the modification.  

Publisher agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions, and any other lawful requirements of any governmental authority that are applicable to Publisher. 

Publisher must implement Links as provided by Button in accordance with Button’s instructions.  Failure to implement, operate and maintain Links correctly may cause Referrals not to be identified.  No Commission shall be payable to Publisher for unidentifiable Referrals. 

Exclusions

Commissions will be awarded on the Net Transaction Value (Gross booking value minus any taxes and fees), and the value of applied coupons and promo codes. If a stay is cancelled, the commission will be voided. Commission will not be paid on any transactions in which a coupon code not issued for use by the Publisher is used in conjunction with the transaction. 

Commissions will not be rewarded on Car Rental purchases made in the Expedia application (just on mobile web).  

Publishers may not use Expedia’s brand terms or any derivations or misspells to purchase traffic that they intend to send to Expedia properties for the purposes of earning commission. This includes via paid search, paid social and ad networks. 

Publishers should not use toolbars or other forms of downloadable browser software to send traffic to Expedia or the purposes of earning commission without prior permission from Expedia
